DESCRIPTION:
CDM+ Mobile serves as a valuable extension to CDM+, a robust data management system tailored for churches and non-profit organizations. It offers convenient access to your data with meaningful insights regardless of your location.

NOTE: By default, CDM+ Mobile showcases demo data and accepts any PIN. After configuring it with a provisioning code, you will gain access to authentic data from your CDM+ database and will need to input the designated PIN for your provision.

FEATURES CDM+ Mobile boasts six primary features: accessing individual information within your CDM+ database, managing attendance, utilizing barcode attendance, implementing check-in and check-out procedures, as well as providing regional users with church information. The Individuals feature enables mass emailing, and displays comprehensive data such as names, family details, photos, dates of birth and death, educational and professional backgrounds, marriage details, and more. It lists phone numbers and email addresses while showcasing an interactive map with the primary address. Moreover, it offers attendance history and contributions over the past year for each individual. It also allows for real-time addition, viewing, editing, and deletion of visitation and pastoral notes.

Attendance functionality allows you to track attendance for classes, groups, and events on any given date. You can mark or un-mark attendees with a simple tap, saving changes instantly in your database for seamless integration with standard CDM+ windows and reports.

Barcode Attendance facilitates attendance tracking by scanning individual barcodes via your device's camera. It supports both hand-held and kiosk modes for swift attendance logging.

Check-In feature simplifies the process of checking families into their respective classes or groups collectively. It complements both staffed and self-check-ins in the desktop version of CDM+. When combined with desktop software running the name badge print server, CDM+ Mobile can send badge print job requests directly to the desktop version for printing.

Check-Out allows you to efficiently scan barcodes or manually enter check-in codes to check individuals out from their assigned classes, events, or groups.

For regional users, the Churches feature permits mass emailing to churches alongside access to photos, contact details, current and past member listings, physical addresses, mailing addresses, as well as church service schedules.

PROVISIONING Within CDM+, navigate to User Management to generate a provision for each device intended to connect to your database. This system enables precise control over authorized functions on each device. For instance, you can create provisions that restrict access to attendance entry only - ideal for updating Sunday morning records promptly or granting specific staff like youth pastors access to demographic data regarding youth group members exclusively.

SECURITY Security measures in CDM+ Mobile mandate entry of a unique PIN before accessing data. Each PIN corresponds exclusively to a provision which becomes linked to a specific device once accessed. Even after setup, you have the ability to remotely manage feature access via CDM+, including revoking or granting permissions as needed. Additionally, a master switch in CDM+ allows swift disabling of devices when necessary.
